[DISCLOSURE] CJ Korea Express (000120) announced on April 26 that it has decided to acquire 50 percent stake in India’s Darcl Logistics at 57.06 billion won (US$50.59 million).

This amounts to 2.08 percent of its equity capital and the due date for acquisition is June 30.
