[DISCLOSURE] LOT Vacuum (083310) announced on April 20 that it has signed a contract worth 7.8 billion won (US$6.85 million) with Samsung Electronics (005930) to supply dry vacuum pump for semiconductor processing. 

The deal amounts to 6.31 percent of its 2016 revenue and the contract is valid until Aug. 31.
