[THE INVESTOR] LG Electronics said on April 20 that it will host an exhibition in Seoul to promote the country’s cultural heritage through high-end organic light-emitting diode TV sets.

Under a joint project with the Cultural Heritage Administration, the tech giant will host the exhibition at Gyeongbok Palace, the main seat of the rulers of the Joseon era (1392-1910). It will install 15 OLED TVs and display photos of inaccessible areas of the palace.

The TVs will also introduce various intangible cultural assets, allowing visitors to better understand Korea’s traditions.
