[DISCLOSURE] Hansae Yes24 Holdings (016450) announced on Dec. 6 that it has signed a trust contract with NH Investment & Securities (005940) to repurchase its own shares worth 5 billion won (US$4.3 million) to boost shareholder value. 

The deal expires June 6, 2017.
